The page is a JSON file: name, bio, theme, domain, and every block. The clicks are a CSV. Both downloads are there whenever you want them, on every paid plan, including before you cancel.

What is in the page file

The page export is the content, not a screenshot. It is plain JSON you can keep even if you never open it. The theme and the blocks travel with it.

The click file is the same history as the analytics view, in a spreadsheet, for the range you pick. Both exports are on every paid plan.

If you stop, or if we stop

Cancel and the page stays up through a 7-day grace period. After that, visitors see a short holding page. The account and the blocks stay. Pay again and the same page is public.

If the product ever shuts down, you get at least 90 days’ notice. The export is how you leave with the work. A custom domain was always registered to you. People who lost a page when another host disappeared can read the Bento note.

Download the JSON and the CSV on every paid plan, including the day you decide to leave. The page pauses if you stop paying. It is not deleted.
