For a small business
A link in bio for a small business
People type link in bio for small business when the Instagram bio has one slot and Google asks for a website. This page is that address. It holds the hours, the shop, a code, and a Saturday workshop. The order still happens in the shop.

You do not need a second website
Instagram gives the bio one link. Google gives the listing one website field. Both can use the same URL. A list of hours and links does not need a website of its own.
The shop you already run stays the shop. Shopify, your own checkout, or a phone order page is a link here. This page does not take the order. Someone taps through, and the sale happens where you already take payment.
What goes on the page
Instagram and email sit at the top. The hours are the next line, typed by hand. They do not sync from Google Business Profile. When Monday is a trip to the grower, you edit the sentence. On the sample, Fern & Pot has no photo, so the header is initials. The hours line reads: Open Wed–Sun, 11 to 6. Mondays we are at the grower.
Highlight the shop link when pickup is the tap you want. On the sample that button says Order a pot for pickup. A discount block shows a code you type, CUTTING, and an optional URL. It displays the code. It does not redeem it. A Saturday workshop is an event: date, title, place, and a link. The sample lists Repotting hour at the shop. The block does not take bookings. The link can be Calendly or anything else that does. The contact block is a vCard, so a customer can save the phone.
The bio, Google, and a hostname you own
Paste yourspage.com/yourname into the Instagram bio and into the Google website field. Claim a name first, then use that address in both places. Someone who finds the shop on either one sees the hours and the pickup link.
A shop prints its address. The card, the bag, and the Google website field should show a hostname you already own, because that name stays yours if the username changes. A username URL still works the day you publish. When you want the printed name, add one DNS record at the registrar. SSL is included. You still pay the registrar for the name. We do not sell the domain, and we do not keep it if you leave. A QR on a bag keeps scanning while that hostname points here. The steps are on the custom domain page.
The sale still happens in the shop
The pickup link leaves this page. Checkout stays on Shopify, your own site, or the phone order page. We never see the payment. After you publish, analytics shows views, taps per block, the referrer, the country, and the device. It does not show names.
Prices are on pricing. Monthly, yearly, and lifetime include the same features. How this compares is on the Linktree page.
Set up a link in bio for a small business
- Claim a name. Pick a username. Once you publish, the address is yourspage.com/yourname. You can fill the draft before you pay.
- Type the hours. Add a text line and write the hours by hand. They do not sync from Google Business Profile. When the hours change, edit the line.
- Add the shop, the code, and the workshop. Link the shop you already use, and highlight the pickup button if that is the tap you want. Type a code such as CUTTING. The block shows the code and an optional URL. It does not redeem it. Add the Saturday workshop as a date, a title, a place, and a link. Add a contact block so the phone saves as a vCard.
- Paste the URL where people look. Put the address in the Instagram bio and the Google website field. To show a hostname you own on the card, add one DNS record. SSL is included. You still pay the registrar.
- Publish. The page stays a draft until you publish. Monthly, yearly, and lifetime include the same features. Prices are on the pricing page.
Questions
What is a link in bio for a small business?
It is one URL for the Instagram bio and the Google website field. On it you put hours you type, a link to the shop, a discount code, a workshop date, and a phone number a customer can save. It is not a full site, and it does not take the order. Checkout stays where you already sell.
Can I put my hours and a shop link on it?
Yes. Hours are a text line you type by hand. They do not sync from Google Business Profile, so a change in the listing does not update the page. When the hours change, edit the line. The shop is a link to Shopify, your own checkout, or a phone order page. The tap leaves, and we never see the payment.
Do you run checkout?
No. Checkout stays on the shop you already use. This page only links there, whether that is Shopify, a checkout on your own site, or a page for phone orders. We never see the card or the payment. A highlighted button can say order for pickup, and that button opens your shop.
Can I show a discount code?
Yes. The discount block shows a code you type, and an optional URL to the shop that accepts it. On the sample that code is CUTTING. A visitor can copy it. The block does not redeem the code or apply it at checkout. The discount still happens in the shop, after they leave this page.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. Point a hostname you already own at the page with one DNS record. SSL is included when you publish, and you still pay the registrar for the name. For a shop, that hostname can go on the card and in the Google website field. A username URL still works if you skip the domain.
What do I get for the price?
You get the blocks, a custom domain with SSL, and analytics for views, taps per block, referrer, country, and device. You do not get a list of names. Prices are on the pricing page.
